Arna Robins-DeLappe
MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
I’m Arna, a family nurse practitioner based in Friday Harbor, with more than 30 years of experience in emergency medicine, trauma care, and women’s health. I’m passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care that addresses the full person—not just their symptoms. I spent much of my career as a flight nurse, transporting critically ill children and working on cardiac specialty teams.
I’ve continued serving this community through local emergency care and primary health services. You may recognize me from Island Air Ambulance or our local Emergency Room. At Ancora Clinics, I specialize in ketamine infusion therapy—a promising treatment option for those facing treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and persistent emotional distress.
I’m committed to offering innovative mental health care options for clients who’ve felt overlooked by conventional approaches. I also offer dedicated support for women’s health and wellness, including hormonal transitions, menopause care, and sexual health. I’m a member of the International Menopause Society and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, where I’ve served on the education committee. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, exploring trauma-informed therapy options, or seeking a provider who understands the full scope of women’s health—I’m here to help you feel more empowered and supported in your care.

Hello my name is Beth Williams and I am new to Ancora Clinics but not new to San Juan County. I served San Juan County for over 25 years providing medical administrative services.
I offer a grounded, whole-person approach to emotional and behavioral health. Auralee Jameson, MSW, LICSW, RN
Trauma-Informed Therapist | EMDR Clinician | Registered Nurse – Friday Harbor, WA
Hi, I’m Auralee. As a licensed clinical social worker and registered nurse, I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and the long-term effects of childhood adversity. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 17 years working as a nurse in a rural community and emergency department (ED)—and I still occasionally serve in the ED today. That continued connection to frontline care helps me stay grounded in the realities many of my clients’ face—especially first responders and medical professionals.
Many people have told me that my nursing background is what made them reach out, and I’m always honored to bring that perspective into the therapy room. I use evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that you’re the expert in your life, so I take a collaborative, educational, and compassionate approach to therapy.
My role is to support you in healing and moving toward the kind of life you want to live. I aim to create a calm space where you can understand what’s happening in your mind and body, reduce reactivity and overwhelm, and build tools for lasting change. My approach is grounded, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I combine education, skill- building, evidence-based therapies and deep listening to help people feel understood and empowered in their healing journey.
Since 2001, Auralee has dedicated herself to providing quality healthcare to her community, and in doing so has supported a diverse population through some of their most challenging physical and emotional situations.
Years of nursing experience have provided her with a deep understanding of human suffering and genuine compassion for those experiencing hardships.
To better serve the community, Auralee obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work and acquired the skills to provide various evidence-based therapies that can be adapted to align with an individual’s needs.
Auralee has the knowledge and respect to provide support and guidance at the level desired by each person. She truly enjoys the connection that people create with one another and will form an alliance with you to help you meet your goals.
