Arna Robins-DeLappe

MSN, ARNP, FNP-C

I’m Arna, a family nurse practitioner based in Friday Harbor, with more than 30 years of experience in emergency medicine, trauma care, and women’s health. I’m passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care that addresses the full person—not just their symptoms. I spent much of my career as a flight nurse, transporting critically ill children and working on cardiac specialty teams.

I’ve continued serving this community through local emergency care and primary health services. You may recognize me from Island Air Ambulance or our local Emergency Room. At Ancora Clinics, I specialize in ketamine infusion therapy—a promising treatment option for those facing treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and persistent emotional distress.

I’m committed to offering innovative mental health care options for clients who’ve felt overlooked by conventional approaches. I also offer dedicated support for women’s health and wellness, including hormonal transitions, menopause care, and sexual health. I’m a member of the International Menopause Society and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, where I’ve served on the education committee. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, exploring trauma-informed therapy options, or seeking a provider who understands the full scope of women’s health—I’m here to help you feel more empowered and supported in your care.

Beth Williams, MSW, LICSW

(Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)

Hello my name is Beth Williams and I am new to Ancora Clinics but not new to San Juan County.  I served San Juan County for over 25 years providing medical administrative services.

I offer a grounded, whole-person approach to emotional and behavioral health.  I have specialized training in Advance Care Planning, End-of-Life support, and grief and loss counseling, I can help individuals and families navigate some of life’s most profound transitions with clarity, dignity, and compassion.

I am contracted with Medicare and am able to accept psychotherapy referrals from community providers to include, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, problem solving therapy, psychoeducation, and collaborative care management with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for patients with chronic or serious illness.   I enjoy facilitating group therapy and support groups to strengthen connection and reduce isolation by promoting emotional support and well-being.

My clinical practice also includes training and experience rooted in trauma‑informed care.  My work emphasizes post‑traumatic growth, building resilience, and supporting the well‑being of the broader community.  I offer affirming support for neurodivergent individuals navigating a world often built for neurotypical norms, helping them cultivate self‑understanding, self‑advocacy, and sustainable ways of thriving.

My aim is to bring a whole‑person, wellness‑centered approach to supporting emotional health by coaching the foundations of well‑being—restorative sleep, nourishing food, joyful movement, and meaningful connection—while offering practical tools to help people feel more at home in their bodies and their communities

I am thrilled to join Ancora Clinics as a part-time provider to serve the San Juan County community with both in‑person and telehealth options, to support you wherever you are on your wellness journey.

Auralee Jameson, MSW, LICSW, RN

Trauma-Informed Therapist | EMDR Clinician | Registered Nurse – Friday Harbor, WA

Hello, my name is Auralee and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State and located in Friday Harbor, Washington. I work with adults of all ages and many of my clients come in to address anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the impact of childhood trauma. I am particularly passionate about serving adults who experienced childhood abuse as well as first responders and medical personnel.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trained in Motivational Interviewing and Problem-Solving Therapy. Trauma informed care recognizes that many events that occur throughout the lifespan can have a lasting impact on a person’s life. In session, I focus on providing education on what is occurring in the mind and body as a result of trauma and I teach techniques to reduce stress and reactivity. These techniques allow people to process trauma in a way that is safe and supportive.

My style is compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive. When clients first start therapy, I will work to understand the client’s past history as well as their current situation to establish a safe environment for them to work towards their goals. This approach helps clients feel supported, relaxed and that they are not alone in their journey of healing.

I received my MSW from USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. I have worked in healthcare for 25 years with 17 of those years spent working as a nurse in a rural island community. Expanding on my knowledge as a nurse I decided to make a career change and became a social worker so I could help people in a different way than nursing.

Since 2001, Auralee has dedicated herself to providing quality healthcare to her community, and in doing so has supported a diverse population through some of their most challenging physical and emotional situations.

Years of nursing experience have provided her with a deep understanding of human suffering and genuine compassion for those experiencing hardships.

To better serve the community, Auralee obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work and acquired the skills to provide various evidence-based therapies that can be adapted to align with an individual’s needs.

Auralee has the knowledge and respect to provide support and guidance at the level desired by each person. She truly enjoys the connection that people create with one another and will form an alliance with you to help you meet your goals.
